Hi there!

I’m Sam Jackson, a qualified and insured Massage therapist based in Mickleover, Derby. I help people who are tired of living with chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and old injuries regain their freedom of movement.

Whether you are struggling with lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day, recovering from a sports injury, or dealing with persistant tension headaches, my goal is simple: to help you move without restriction and get back to doing what you love.

My approach combines deep tissue massage, myofascial release and targeted trigger point therapy. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all session ~ every treatment is tailored to how your body is feeling that day.

I qualified as a massage therapist in 2010 and I’m always learning new techniques. Over the past 16 years, I have helped hundreds of clients find relief from pain.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me tending to my many house plants!
